As the nature of this work is confidential I won’t be able to show any project visuals nor the client name for the time being.
However, I can provide a description of the work I’ve done. Thank you for your understanding.

As part of Studio Volpi’s digital team, I worked as a UX/UI designer for one of the European leaders in the production of high-end kitchen supplies for both professional and domestic use.

My role was to support my colleagues in the complete redesign of the brand’s corporate platform. The goal was to highlight the incoming new products while meeting the needs of the end customers but also of the company’s suppliers, technicians and sales managers. The project took a total duration of 1 year and was carried out following an agile working methodology in a team of 6 people and in collaboration with an external software house.

The contribution I gave to the project has been to:

  • Conduct a deep research phase to highlight the brand and competitor’s positioning in 8 countries.
  • Identify the main friction points in the current platform for 6 different categories of users and build specific user journeys that could highlight how to tackle them.
  • Translate the design insights obtained into wireframes and refine them through the creation of low fidelity mockups for user testings.
  • Develop UI concepts that would apply the brand guidelines to the new platform, creating high-resolution prototypes of the website’s navigation.
  • Deploy a complex Design System for all the breakpoints by closely working with the developers.
