As the nature of this work is confidential I won’t be able to show any project visuals nor the client name for the time being.
However, I can provide a description of the work I’ve done. Thank you for your understanding.

CLIENT
As part of Studio Volpi’s digital team, I worked as a UX/UI designer for one of the most important global brands in coffee production with headquarters in Italy.

PROJECT
Specifically, I was responsible for designing the user interface for an office coffee machine with an innovative beverage dispensing system for the US and British markets. The part of the project that I followed lasted 1 year and a half, during which I’ve worked in a  team of 3 people.

MY ROLE
The contribution I gave to the project has been to:

  • Synthesize user testing and eye-tracking sessions conducted in Italy, UK and USA to evaluate the most performing variants of the concepts designed;
  • Define navigation patterns that could match the results of usability tests and guarantee a low time on task and a high understanding of the information on screen;
  • Prototype different variants for many specific components of the interface;
  • Conduct the entire screen production, from wireframes to the application of the brand guidelines, up to the developer’s handoff;
  • Realize 2D/3D animations to explain to the end-users how to operate specific tasks during different moments of the machine lifecycle.
